~alisa: so I used the callback service and cobra called me back. I told him it was regarding ***k*roth and he kept saying but this is cobra. I told him I understand that now but I need ***k*roth. he asked me if I had been offered cobra yet. I told him no and I was not interested in cobra but I needed the ***k*roth assistance. He asked me if I was sure, I told him I was very sure of what I needed. he then sent me to sales.**so here I am on hold with sales. It asks if I have an ipay question or retirement question. I press the appropriate number as indicated. it says "call your employer" and then sends me to a customer satisfaction survey. :***I received zero help
