~Bshaw: I'm just trying to get a bulb replaced on my leased light and have waited ** days and called * times with * different responses as to pro-rating my bill. I do have to wait on pro-rating until the light bulb is replaced and then check my next bill at that time and if no pro-ration processed have to call AEP back. They can't look up where I am on the waiting list. I had the same problem on another leased light one year ago. Very frustrating!

~Bshaw: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bshaw: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AEP (OH)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bshaw: For that I would say five out of five.
