~CeCe: Horrible from day *! Trainee installer sent ******. Arrived *am, left ** pm after drilling holes for wire all over the house. Not able to complete install. Pro installer sent to complete ******. In home from * am - * pm. sent for supervisor late evening to assist & verify install. Mid March services disconnected due to install ticket not removed from computer. * day and hours on phone in attempts to convince AT&T that the install was completed ******. Tech sent out to install*verify install. Here *-* hours to reinstall. April lost signal on TV's. Without service * days. ******* lost signal on * TV's. Googled for customer support number. Transferred to free lance Tech Support Expert. Requested control of my computer to fix problem. Control given. Expert asked for *** to clean computer lab top. Refused to pay due to computer had nothing to do with TV No Signal. Tech Support refused to return control of computer due to refusal to pay. Contacted HP for assist in regaining control o
