~?: I don't know what you're doing. I now have * platinum cards with the same number & when I Called I didn't get any satisfactory answer. I also got a second letter in the mail announcing they were changing my card number(I have no idea why)& calling them got no satisfactory answer. In the meantime I activated the cards I received with the same numbers & this took me around ** minutes to do. This card is my only credit card - I have no others. And I'm ** almost ** & cannot deal with these kind of foul-ups as all my phone orders for things are dependent on my master card. Is that clear or not?
