GetHuman-144550: I was advised by my local store rep to call about a possible battery failure. When finally connected I was treated as tho I was a felon. The girl as good as told me the problem was me. She instructed me to do a hot reboot. This resulted in me losing most of my photos. Them I was cut off by her. Thanks ATT for ******** up my phone totally ! I'll buy a **** battery to keep from dealing with your bitchy people again. And in the future I will see if I can find a company that cares about it's customers !
