GetHuman-47389: Bomar Kim Bomar lied to me about my GoPhone payment being deducted on ******, even sent me a text confirming,...lo and behold, it was deducted from my checking account today, ******, and created other banking issues for me since my funds for disability from an accident were not to be sent to account until Friday, ***. I called and it took ** minutes or more to make him understand English and why I was calling...it was horrible, and I am still livid....you cannot make people on the other side of the world understand English...today, I called again and got someone named Rose, who was just as bad, and advised that Bomar Kim Bomar did not know what he was talking about....liars, and more liars....AT&T should be ashamed....I am looking for some other way to let other consumers know how AT&T operates with its American customers.....no wonder there are problems with the system...I am going to ensure that everyone I speak with knows NOT to use AT&T....

GetHuman-47389: For that I would say four out of five.
