~ramona1: I am cancelling my AT&T due to an ongoing problem with billing that their overseas customer service dept does not understand, can't fix itand they will not transfer me to the US to speak with someone who understands the issue!

~ramona1: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ramona1: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ramona1: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~ramona1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
