~Jannell E.: I was actually blessed to talk to one of the Corporate Managers, I told him that I enjoyed AT&T but they needed to make things fair for all people. I gave him my concerns and I even challenged him to see if he would take action in the things we spoke on. While in the conversation, he heard me loud and clear pertaining to how AT&T top dogs treat their faithful costumers and that changed the mood. I could hear it in his voice when I said after he said " We are doing everything to make each customer happy". Then I told him, "well people like me shouldn't be charged for having the same account, I also told him that they should make it fair and how he should speak with Randall Stephenson about making people bill's stay in the same price range and that they shouldn't set up the company to rob the American people just to make their pockets fat." Me saying this didn't sit to well with this particular gentleman, so for a limited time he gave me a $** off for one year. I told him to tell Mr. Ran
