GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~toddmpire: Received letter in mail asking me to call if interested in bundling by adding TV service to my internet service. Sales liar told nothing but lies. Lied about price. Lied about gift cards. Lied about equipment. Lied about installation fees. Lied about discounts. There was not one thing the sales person said about the services that was true or accurate. I found this out the next day after Diret TV was installed. I had to immediately have it all shut off and now I was scammed an install fee of $**.** and neither Direct TV or AT&T will return my money. I have been calling * days over * hours a day between the * companies and get no where. I plan to file a law suit or join a class acton suit.

~toddmpire: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~toddmpire: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~toddmpire: For that I would say one out of five.

~toddmpire: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
