~hm: The person answering said it was the presidents office to which I inquired it was the actual presidents office and was she in the United States - yes to both (a possible miracle). After talking to agents in the Philipines for an hour and getting nowhere it was nice to be able to talk to someone in the US. They are supposed to call me back within ** hours to help me - we will see. All I wanted was some information about my account - what is so difficult about that?

~hm: For that I would say five out of five.
