~Nomorecomputers777: This has been the worst experience of my life. Horrible people that are rude and not helpful. A group of handicap monkeys could have assisted me better. I can't believe any of these people are actually getting paid for this. I am not surprised everyone hates AT&T. After * days of no help at all, I am at a loss for what to do. Everyone involved with this company needs to re-evaluate their lives and this horrible company they call AT&T.

~Nomorecomputers777: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
