GetHuman-272721: Upgraded internet on ATT.com under my account, got confirmation for great rate and got nothing...nobody could find my order even with the order number. After multiple calls and no help called this number and got an excellent service and lot of help.

GetHuman-272721: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
