GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kimatotaloils: What I would like to know is how to contact corporate? (Not Customer Support) Att has been taking advantage of my parents for over * years ( who are ages ** and **). They have sent over ** techs to the home. For what is a inside wiring issue yet they will not rewire the home. We were informed there will be a charge of $***.** which is Absolutely fine!!!! We just want their service to work properly. No matter how many times I speak with customer service the Issue remains. At this point until I can speak with someone on a corporate level I'm going to social media, my attorney general , including my local news station if I have to. In my opinion the company is taking advantage of a vounerable adult. Seeing as though they have been customers sense **** when the company was South Central Bell. And Not Once Been Late On Their Bill...
