~attisbyfartheworst: once again i find myself on this website because of terrible service by att. i wish i can just cancel my service without any cancellation fees. but its ok because they are charging me a couple hundred bucks if i do so i dont care. by far the worse service i have ever seen of a company their stature. completely lied to me about my rates. my bill came back higher than what i was paying when they told me to switch to a plan that would lower my rates. how does that make sense? anyways, they are the biggest scum bag company i have met. they make you wait forever when you want to speak to an account manager. when my * years is up i will be sure to cancel. all they do is lie to you. they tell you well do this and that and this and that and THEY NEVER COME THROUGH! ANYBODY WHO READS THIS SITE, DO NOT JOIN ATT! THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY! PAY EXTRA FOR DIFFERENT CELL PHONE COMPANIES AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE AN ISSUE.

~attisbyfartheworst: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~attisbyfartheworst: For that I would say five out of five.
