~Jorren: I had quite a bit of time finding out how to report my problem and I ended up using the contact number listed in get-human app.once I did make contact the young lady I spoke with was very nice.she had a heavy accent so I'm guessing this is an offshore operation. nevertheless we were able to communicate and solve the problem quickly. I was very impressed with her willingness to simply ship me a replacement product and take care of it so quickly' I also appreciate the rapid shipping! all in all this was a good experience, except for the fact that it is a little bit hard to figure out how to reach Amazon.

~Jorren: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jorren: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jorren: For that I would say five out of five.
