~Keith McDaniels: My loan was moved to AES and I quickly learned their customer service reps are mouthbreathers who thrive off being ignorantly rude and overtly uneducated. They are the ones who need Education Services. One lady wasn't able to tell which phone number was my primary one, as if it's not on her monitor. On another call, I thanked the rep and he replies, "Uh huh." Uh huh? Really? Does AES get their employees off the beaten streets?
