GetHuman-293290: This is the most horrible company I've ever dealt with. They continued charging my card after a "trial period" (I swear I remember canceling but they claim I didn't), and when I tried to find out what was going on the website said my membership had been 'canceled' and therefore there were no help options online (they only provide help to paid members). It took me ** tries with their automated*voice recognition system to get through to a person, and when I did she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER use American Greetings again!!
