~Tim in West Hempstead: After paying faithfully for * years , I called because I has a hot water heater leak. The first tech said it needed to be replaced, they then sent a second company for a *nd opinion- he claimed it was not properly installed, even though it had been inspected by the county building inspector. I can not get a written diagnosis. I have paid over $**** in premiums and the replacement should be about $****, but they refuse to cover it. Do not trust this company.
