~anonymous: I can't decide which of their "services" are worse. When I first called to express a problem with the meter reading, being new to the company, I was met with an employee who seemed to lack any real comprehension of anything, and was just repeating the ordered sayings over and over. The problem was never solved, and I was forced to pay extra. My qualm at this moment is with their faulty website--the thing barely works. Terrible customer service and terrible means of communication in general. They should hire some more individuals who know what they're doing and can help fix these problems.
