~unhappy customer: I called Atlantic City Electric in February, March, and April, ****. My February electric bill was over $*** dollars. I called in February to inform ACE that this was wrong. They said they would send it to their billing department to investigate and it should be resolved by my next bill. When I got my next bill, it was not resolved and my balance was $***.** I called again. There was nothing in their records that anything was done so they were going to send it to billing again. My April bill was $***.**. I called again. I talked to Marvin who informed me that the billing department looked into this and they said the bill was correct and is going to stay as is. I stressed that I did not use more electricity in February and I did not know why the bill was so high. Marvin basically said that was my problem to figure out. Some one obviously took a wrong reading in February or wrote the numbers down wrong. Their chart has me using more electricity in February **** that I used i
