~Lance: I called * times today I was "next" in line each time for the remote start issues hotline. I've been on hold a total of over an hour! I work at a Mazda dealership which is who makes their remote start kits. This wait time is outrageous! In my profession time us money, if I cannot work I cannot get paid. Sitting on hold for over and hour make me loose money! Customer service is a joke!
