~LJK: I purchased a portable CD player from Fred Meyer. I could not find the product registration form. I called customer support for help. The tech support told me my receipt was the warranty. I called a second time and the tech support wanted the product model number. This was on Thursday, March *th at * am. The customer care person was rude and unhelpful over the phone. When I called back a third time the supervisor was also unhelpful. I finally went online and registered my portable CD player with the website registration card. I am formally filing a complaint about the customer care team.
