~Bill: My retirement present cost over $**** for an entertainment system,Panasonic **" plazma, stand, surround sound system, cables extended warranty and "Geek Squad" set up to make sure I did not get 'burn in' or as Panasonic rep calls it "uneven aging". Their 'Geeks' came in, set it all up and overroad the settings of the TV and did not do a proper 'set up' with the Rogers HD Box that caused the now very obvious burn in. Their 'Geeks' have been here twice since and agree the set up caused the burn in* BUT burn in is not covered under warranty!!!*I've tried for almost * months now and all I've been getting is 'not my problem' from Whitby Best Buy Store Managers. So is it off to court we go? Somebody has to force these guys to stop taking advantage of us retirees!
