GetHuman-318220: CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** I ORDER TO ROOMS OF FURNITURE FROM BOB'S IN MARCH OF ****. EVER SINCE I RECIEVED IT THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH EVER PIECE OS FURNITURE. FIRST OF ALL THE DIDN*T BRING ALL OF THE FURNITUE I PAID FOR. THE LOVE SEAT THE DELIVER MEN SAID IT WASN'T ON THIER ODER FORM OR IN THEIR TRUCK. SO I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER * WEEKS FOR THAT TO COME. THE ENTERTAIMENT CENTER WASN'T PUT TOGETHER ALL THE WAY A PIECE WAS LEFT ON THE FLOOR IN MY LIVING ROOM FOR A WHOLE MONTH BECAUSE, THE DELIVERY MEN SAID THEY WERE MISSING A PIECE. THE COUCH AND CHAIR HA DTO SERVICED DUE TO THE BOTTOM OF THEM WEREN'T UPOLSTERED RIGHT. THE OTTOM TO THE CHAIR HAD TO REPLACE. REMEMBER THIS IS WWHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. NOT TO LONG AFTER THAT MY CHESTER DRAW WITH SLIDDING DOORS HAD TO B SERVICED.THAT TOOK ANOTHER * MONTHS. IN NOVEMBER MY BED NEEDED TO B SERVICED WHEN THE TECH ARRIVED HE INFORMED ME THE THE BOTTOM PART WAS'NT PUT TOGETHER RIGHJT IN THE FIRST PLACE. MY DAUGHTER REMINDED ME THAT THE DELIVERY GU
