They claim to cover accident of animal urine and stains...guess what it is a bunch of ******** they steal your money, and make you wait sooooooooo long to say oh no it is not covered due to that it is not a stain!! WTF, am I suppose to let it stay their and not try to clean it best I can or just let it stain and smell. ******** A-HOLES BOBS FURNITURE ARE CROOKS WITH SUITS ON!
