~not happy: I bought entire house full of furniture a month into it one of the dressers began pealing. I contacted the Manufacture side they said it is a Goof Proof situation. I call them they say it is a manufacture thing. Back and fourth for months. Now end result nobody is covering this. i have the Goof Proof and Manufacture warranty and NOBODY will honor either warranty. worst customer service ever. If i said " sorry there is nothing i can do " at my job I would be fired. Then to top it off Bob's tells me that i should just call Guardian and lie and say that I spilled something. Very unprofessional and i still have a damaged piece of furniture. I asked to speak to someone else and I am told that there is nobody else to speak to.... It is crazy to me that over a $***.** piece of furniture they are willing to lose a customer who just spent over $**,***.** . they are not an up front business as they claim. i am filing claim with better business bureas as we speak.
