~BrooklynGuy: My wife wanted a couch, I felt highly that bob's would have something good so I suggested she go to your store.She went to the paramus store, She ordered and paid for a couch. After getting home she realized that it would not go with the living room so first thing monday she called to change the shipping. Mentioned to Jim Ruff (her salesman) that she was looking at something online, he said he would call her back. He finally did at the end of the day to tell her that he had already setup delivery for that couch (that she was considering), so knowing that I felt you were a good store, she did not want to take more of Jim's time or argue so she accepted. when it arrived a section needed to go back and the couch was uncomfortable. she drove the hour and a half back to the store (with limited time as kids were in school), she sent me a message that they were going to give her a full refund & I was happy with bob's.* Hours later after having someone pick up the kids because she was delayed
