~pam: was not told a trutful answer when a capped was placed on the phone, but when i recieved the bill it was over ***.** i was very uprset with the customer service rep and the supervisor cause they didnot do anything to try to help and they lied to me. i am a very angry customers and i would not recommend them to no one cause they is a rip off and they do not care about their customers. i will be looking for another carrier soon.
