GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CPS Energy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous64: I had to wait on hold for their lack of doing their job and not sending my bill. Explanation was pretty lame and had to do with estimating my bill then coming back out to check and saw overcharge, blah blah blah. Now my bill is going to come at double what I expected to pay. Since I'm on the budget plan I thought no getting the bill was due to annual "truing up" of my plan, which has happened in the past, but now I have to rebudget and pay twice as much. Why can CPS just get it right the first time or let you know that a problem at their end is what caused the problem. Thankfully I checked my account on line and discovered the delay, but once again the burden was on my to initiate action. Great way to run a business.

~Anonymous64: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous64: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CPS Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous64: For that I would say three out of five.
