~MrsA: The last two times I needed prescriptions filled they were not ready for * days! When I went to pick them up, the pharmacist had gone to lunch. That meant they couldn't open the safe to get one of my prescriptions as the pharmacist was the only one who could open it. They tole *me* that I had bad timing. I told them that their service was inadequate, did not live up to the hype of their commercials and it happens all the time! Today, the idiot clerk couldn't find the prescriptions (*) because he looked in only ONE basket with the letter of my last name. When I yelled about the incompetence (yes, yelled this time) everyone around me agreed with me and put in their two cents. Then the said idiot complained I made these comments in front of his boss!*Oh, wait, I think *I* must be the idiot for continuing to go back - no more! There are other pharmacies in the area and I'll even drive further to pick up prescriptions than deal with this store again!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS problem?
~MrsA: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MrsA: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MrsA: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS customers?
~MrsA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
