GetHuman-79982: Today I went to CVS STR***** Helped by: LAI, she didn't say anything from the beginning until the end, I paid my stuff then I left. This time I think I need to speak up, I got her yelling me at the last Christmas, on that day CVS has a lot of customers shopping there, I saw a line of people, I was standing behind a women to wait for the line. No any cashiers explain to the customer where the line end, after around * to * mins cashier-LAI yelling me to jump into the line, but I didn't. why LAI didn't found out or explain to the customers where the line end instead yelling me. For me I was so angry. I didn't receive a right customer service, but I got her horrible attitude on that day.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-79982: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-79982: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-79982: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
