~Deborah Mahaffey: I don't understand why I can't receive my * carfax reports I only have * report and it is asking my credit information again I know I am giving the right password and email address I just don't understand why I have to pay again when I paid for * reports it is very up setting to have to go through this I feel like if I asked for a refund I would not get it because of not been able to reach someone for get help. This is should not be happening. Why do you offer a * package then after receiving on report you make customers pay again it is a rip off. You should be better than this with customer service.

~Deborah Mahaffey: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Deborah Mahaffey: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CarFax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Deborah Mahaffey: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CarFax customers?
~Deborah Mahaffey: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CarFax to know who you are.
