GetHuman-245223: The first time I called, the man barly spoke English and kept asking to add my cell phone number as a contact and was not taking no for an anser so I hung up. When I called back and was actually able to ask my question, the woman barly spoke English and kept repeating the same answer over and over which was not answering my quesitons about my unpaid taxes that I received a bill for which were supposed to be included in my monthly mortgage payments.

GetHuman-245223: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-245223: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cenlar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-245223: For that I would say three out of five.
