~Frenchy: I went to chili's in New Iberia, Lousianna and got Chilis to go. The communication between the person who took the phone order and the woman who checked me out was not clear. She told me that they had forgotten a portion of my order sending me into a frenzy, all the while the order had not been forgotten just misunderstood. I received a quesadilla that was less the appetizing. It had no lettuce, tomatoes or sour cream on the side. My chicken was dry and the quesadilla was tasteless. I was very disappointed and have never received such poor service from any other chilis. There were several other mess ups with other customers while I was there. One man took his to go order and came back in twice because of issues with his food. This should have been an indication that I should have checked the quality of my food. I'm really disappointed.

~Frenchy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frenchy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chili's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frenchy: For that I would say one out of five.

~Frenchy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chili's to know who you are.
