~Brittany: The service wasn't too bad but I went to Chili's because I had a gift card which covered me and my husbands entire meal. No one informed us that the gift card machine was not working until it was time to pay. Instead of informing us in the beginning to be courteous "Just so you guys know our gift card machine is unavailable so if you planned on using a gift card" we were not informed until I tried to hand my gift card to the waitress. I had no choice but to use my maxed out credit card because my husband had forgot his wallet which was fine seeing we planned on using my gift card and now I have to pay an overdraft fee because there was no other options. Next because of that whole situation we forgot our box which was filled with food we wanted to take home and I realized * minutes after leaving on the way home and called the restaurant to make sure they found it and could hold it until the following day when I could come pick it up. ~Brittany: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Brittany: For that I would say one out of five.
