~ticked off: Most every rep I spoke with has NO customer service skills!!!! Comcast has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! **My husband called back in August just to inquire about triple play cause we have our home phone and Internet through them. Get our Oct bill which is close to $***!!! We paid $** for modem & home phone line! The stupid girl added it to our account when we simply inquired about the pricing!! I have direct TV why the **** would I want to add cable when I'm in a Contract!! STUPID PEOPLE!!!*Its now Dec, my Internet and phone disconnected even though I'm still paying my Internet and home through comcast!!! *It's clear that these charges are the wrong doing of the *st rep bk in Aug, but yet Noone will do anything about it!!!
