~ladydi: Amanda was excellent in giving me the information that i needed but her hands are tied because of fraud. There is no fraud. Chris Kermans (the previous owner) is no longer there. The problem is still not resolved. Debbie in Fraud department has beaten around the bush about putting the electrical bill into the persons that are living at the address. The previous owner cancelled the account so that they could put the electrical bill into their names and continue to pay. Legally they have to have electricity in the park or they have a huge problem. Please contact fraud department and ask if there is more than just one person doing this. They have been out of power for * weeks now. Address is **** Sunset Drive, Brooklyn, MI.
