~NotAgain: Curascript only has my business because I have been told I can not get Blue Cross reimbursement through any other channel. I have been recieving Rrbif for * months - they got the first order right, since then the next order was delayed * weeks while they contacted my doctors office for clarification of the dosing instructions. Then last month they sent the wrong medicine - they quickly corrected their error but really the wrong medicine? Tomorrow I get to see what they can ***** up this time. Soon I will have to explore medicine to deal with the headaches that they cause me have every time I need to renew the perscription.

~NotAgain: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NotAgain: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CuraScript's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NotAgain: For that I would say three out of five.
