~dasvin: Yes I can. It was late at night, on November 12th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to DHL, and if so, how?
~dasvin: I used the 800-225-5345 number I found for on the GetHuman DHL customer phone number page I was on: DHL Customer Service Phone Number

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DHL customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dasvin: way too quick responses and not enough effort as to explanation of the shipping process whereby in my case, Duetsch Post has the package and owns DHL but DHL Express rep only too eager for me to quickly understand that I need to call them (Deutsch Post) or the shipping party and that is all that the rep can do...abd that ultimately USPS will be delivering the package to me....but USPS has the exact same status as Deutsch Post.....so I am left wondering where the package is, whats holding it up and basically my responsibility to call Germany (Deutsch Post) and inquire.......this is WEAK customer service!

GetHuman: And what about DHL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dasvin: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DHL customers?
~dasvin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DHL to know who you are.
