~dan: Package was stuck at a warehouse waiting to be shipped to usps for * days. All the guy did was read what was already on the tracking website. He blamed USPS for being behind. He then told me to contact seller and open an investigation against DHL.

~dan: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~dan: For that I would say one out of five.
