GetHuman-252993: All was well with the lower people. I have been very frustrated with the problems I have been having. They transfered me to a so called supervisor and he was rude told me he didn't care and then hung up on me. His id is *gz. Me being in sales I was shocked at his demeanor and how he ever mae it to the level of supervisor. Your company should be ashamed at having that man on the phone. He does you more harm than good. I called back and voiced my concern and talked to *fd and he was professional and understanding. If you know anything about business you would fire *gz and promote *fd.

GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-252993: For that I would say one out of five.
