~Chef RG: Dish network had sent * technicians to install an international satellite and they all couldn't do it because they said they didn't have the work order to do it. I have literally made about ** different phone calls ranging from ** minutes to over an hour.

~Chef RG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chef RG: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chef RG: For that I would say three out of five.
