~Craig: Yup. It was morning, on November 6th.

~Craig: Dish reciever goes out was told it was from weather. * days later with clear skys, dish still not working. Tech gets on phone and says I need a new reciever. One is sent to me in * days (no TV reception). New does not work. Am told I have to wait * more days before they will send a Tech with a new reciever. Can not believe that they have no better qualty control than to send me a broken reciever, then customer service says, sorry wait * more days w*o TV reception. All would have been fine except they sent a broken unit and refused to make it right without waiting * more days. This all occured at the hieght of Bowl season for Football. Never will I ever recomend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy. Their customer service is horrible. If they consider themselves to have any customer service they are liars, as they don't know the definition

~Craig: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Craig: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Craig: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~Craig: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
