~mad consumer: I've had their service for * years and had repeated service calls for poor installation. HD was never hooked up properly and finally discovered and fixed by the *th technician. they refuse to reimburse me forthe montly fee I paid for over * years saying they can only go back ** months.**I've had * HD boxes installed and wtill they didn't catch their issue.**Had * boxes in * other rooms replaced over *st * years. Unless you get a supervisor, you get an idiot who can't fix anything without calling someone.**Comp*letely unprofessional service here on the TX Gulf Coast.**Customer service is a complete joke.**I'm headed to Direct TV.
