GetHuman-393005: We have had the dish for almost ** years and have never missed a payment or been late with a payment, We gave it up because they raised their price more then we thought we could afford at this time, was told when i called to disconnect that they would give it to us for ** more months at the price we were paying. i said no at the time and sent the box back. I called yesterday ** ** -** to have it einstalled and was told it would cost us **.** just to come and reconnect it everything is already here ,i think that stinks. called to talk with a manger and never got one because they never put one on the line. i am no longer happy with them as i think that is not the right way to do businsess. Always gave them a good name and told many people they were the best and i won't do that again.*Thanks for your time in caSE YOU EVER READ THES E MAILS .
