GetHuman-233744: Called * separate times for a total of ** minutes. Results: Disconnected, automated wait ** minutes, hung up after ** minutes, Disconnected. Simple request to return a Dell V*** color printer cartridge purchased from Dell but you sent me the wrong cartridge. **All the reps wanted to do was sell me additional products and all I wanted was the correct cartridge. I gave up and went to Office Max. I have always purchased my computers from Dell and have been very satisfield. I will no longer buy from Dell as this appears to be the way your company handles Customer Service.**J. Gatto
