~qonnor: **** direct tv. The lied to us to get us to switch from comcast. they said that all the tv's in the house would be the same. but one tv does not get on demand. when i called in may they said no problem they would send me a dvr to correct that problem and no charge to me. no increase of ** months. no more lies. I just got off the phone with them again and they denied ever saying that but I have a record of the conversation so they are going to court.

~qonnor: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~qonnor: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DirecTV's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~qonnor: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DirecTV customers?
~qonnor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DirecTV to know who you are.
