GetHuman-14419: Once I got a customer service person on the phone, I got my transfer of service set up rather smoothly. I'm upset that setting up the service online didn't work and now I have to wait an extra day but at least it was easy enough. I read some of (most of) the reviews that others left and was ready to fight if I needed to, but the lady I had was decent enough.

GetHuman-14419: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
