~Comtemills: Called to cancel my account, I was billed for a free account. Had to call back times, the first guy was rude, lazy and unhelpful. Had the great unfortunate luck to get him twice . The first time he said I had to cancel all product before he could cance the account. On the *nd call he was able to do it without me doing anything (amazing). I asked for confirmation he said in * days and hung up. *rd call spoke with a Sam he seemed more knowledgable confirmed cancellation gave ticket* and said it would take *-* days to receive an email confirmation. Would not recommend ANY ONE to pay for this service.
