GetHuman-stelkj: Horrible service. I moved to a house and called to transfer service in my name they scheduled a meter read. But when they can they said I never set up a account and turned off my electric. It is a Saturday to when I call to resolve this they tell me too bad I'm stuck until Monday this is bulls***
